The apartment had everything we needed and more. We spent our days exploring Lucca on the bikes provided by the hotel. It was so much fun zipping through the narrow streets and feeling like locals. In the evenings, we hit the vibrant nightlife in Lucca, dancing the night away with new friends. It was the perfect vacation for us cool teenagers!
One thing we wished for was a DJ or live music at the apartment. It would have added an extra level of excitement and made our party nights even more epic.

our stay at la corticella was absolutely amazing. the property exceeded all expectations with its luxurious and spacious rooms, beautiful outdoor area, and convenient location. the host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. it was the perfect base for exploring lucca and the surrounding area.
one minor downside was that the wifi signal was a bit weak at times.

With the apartment's fully equipped kitchen, I felt like a culinary artist, whipping up delicious meals with ease. The fridge and coffee machine were like trusty sidekicks, always ready to assist in my culinary adventures. It was a true "MasterChef" experience!
Window and shutter operation was a bit tricky.

The place was cozy and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions. This made it super easy for us to explore the city without any hassle. Another advantage was the charming outdoor space, filled with lovely plants and flowers, where we could relax and enjoy the Xmas atmosphere.
Upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised to be informed about an unexpected charge for gas heating. It would have been helpful to have this information beforehand, so potential guests can make an informed decision.

I got to ride a free bike in the city, while enjoying stunning views and grilling in the garden. It was like having my own personal Tour de France and BBQ party.
I didn't dislike anything, because clearly life is perfect and there are no flaws.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a convenient location. 2 bathrooms are a bonus. Superb attention to detail, with a welcome bottle of wine and tea/coffee ingredients. Great value for money.
